We will not sell your specific idea submissions to third parties or use them to train AI models without your explicit consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHARPEN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHARPEN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
